Compliments or Complaints
If you have any concerns, complaints or compliments about your service or products received from us please use the contact us form above and we can provide further assistance. If you have a complaint in regards to a NDIS provider and you are not satisfied with the response from that provider you can contact the NDIS commission directly for further action.
